Stone Circle designs are inspired by the colours and beauty of where I live. County Clare is an incredible landscape, carrying something of Ireland’s ancient past into our everyday lives and forever revealing new colour and energy.
Hi, I’m Maeve Stone. I’m an artist working in many different forms. I’ve been designing and making jewellery since I was a girl. My grandmother gave me an old tin of buttons and beads collected over a lifetime and that was the start of a lifelong obsession with shape, colour and design. These designs come from hours spent wandering on the beach, or through The Burren, finding odd pebbles with beautiful patterns or spotting a bird with flecks of gold under its wing.
